Camping le Kerleyou is located 1.5 km from the sea, in the Bay of Douarnenez in Brittany. The South Finistère region offers many landscapes: natural bays with small beaches, authentic villages, charming fishing ports, and beautiful sandy beaches. It’s also an ideal area for fishing and for practicing various water sports such as surfing, sailing, or stand-up paddleboarding.
The surroundings are also perfect for cyclists and hikers. Walkers can choose the coastal path GR 34 for scenic hikes along the bays and the sea.
Campsite
Camping le Kerleyou is a peacefully located campsite in a natural setting, just 1.5 km from the sea and Plage des Sables Blancs. The campsite is ideal for lovers of peace, space, and nature. The Tendi Safari Tents with private bathrooms are set on lovely pitches, each with a separate parking space. There is, of course, a delightful heated swimming pool with a children’s pool, as well as a playground with table tennis and table football for the kids.
In the nearby town of Douarnenez, with its charming harbor (3.5 km away), you’ll find all amenities such as a supermarket, bakeries, butcher, shops with local products, post office, tourist office, several cafés and (fish) restaurants, and a market on Mondays. Around Douarnenez there are four beaches: Ris, Dames, Sables Blancs, and Saint-Jean beach.
