No, Tendi glamping tents can only be booked directly with Tendi. This allows us to always provide the most up-to-date and accurate information about availability and prices.
The mandatory (final) cleaning costs of €50 for safari tents or €60 for glamping tents with bathrooms must be paid in cash at the location upon check-in. Cleaning costs may vary at some campsites. This will be specifically mentioned before you make your booking.
You must pay a deposit of €150 in cash (or by credit card) for the safari lodge tent and inventory to the site management. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your holiday, after any deductions for damage. You may be required to pay tourist tax for your stay at Tendi locations. This will be stated when you make your booking.
Tendi uses the RECRON terms and conditions for holiday accommodation. These clear agreements have been established in consultation with the Consumers' Association and the ANWB. If you read them carefully, you will know exactly where you stand.
Cancellation conditions according to the Recron conditions
This varies per campsite. Please contact the campsite if you wish to invite visitors during your stay. You will find the campsite's contact details on your booking confirmation.
At most campsites, you can check out from 10:00. A later check-out is also possible at some campsites. It is advisable to indicate this in advance to ensure availability. The contact details of the campsite can be found on the booking confirmation.
We do everything we can to have the safari tent ready on time on the day of arrival. You can usually use the Tendi tent from 4 p.m. on the first day. On the day of departure, you must leave the tent by 10 a.m. at the latest.
The tent must be left clean ( clean up any rubbish, leave the dishes clean and take your personal belongings with you), undamaged and complete.

Smoking is not permitted in Tendi accommodations. However, smoking is permitted on the veranda of the safari tent.
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in our safari tents.
You can pay for your Tendi booking securely using: iDeal, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Bancontact and Sofort.
Yes! Once your payment has been successfully completed, you will receive a payment confirmation from us in your email. It may take a while for this to arrive.
It is only possible to transfer the money via the payment link in the reservation confirmation. It is important to enter all details correctly. You will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail. This may take a while to arrive.
