You can walk directly from the campsite, follow mountain bike trails or even explore the area on horseback. The peaceful landscape makes every outing enjoyable and a bit adventurous.

Not far away you will find Fluviale del Tevere National Park and the Laghi Lungo e Ripasottile nature reserve, both wonderful places with forests, lakes and quiet viewing spots. The impressive Marmore Waterfalls are also easy to reach. They are among the highest waterfalls in Europe and look even more beautiful combined with nearby Lake Piediluco, a perfect spot for a quiet walk or a moment by the water. Those who enjoy culture have many choices. From the campsite you can easily visit historic towns such as Orvieto, Assisi and Perugia, and even Rome is close enough for a day trip. You wander past old churches, lively squares and atmospheric streets where the Italian charm is everywhere.
